Information collected

We collect information needed to review and fulfil requests, including client and recipient contact details, delivery information, requested items and documents voluntarily provided for fulfilment.

Use of information

Information is used to manage requests, communicate with clients and recipients, coordinate suppliers and delivery, maintain records and meet applicable obligations.

Sharing

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with suppliers, licensed pharmacies, payment providers or delivery partners involved in fulfilling the request. We do not sell customer information.

Launch notice

This starter policy should be reviewed against the final operating model and Kenyan data-protection requirements before full commercial launch.

Client accounts

Client account authentication may be provided through Supabase Auth. If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates your identity and shares permitted basic account information with the authentication service. HomeHands does not receive or store your Google password.
